Responsible for the strategic, operational, and tactical technical procurement for five key sites (Bogor, Sukabumi, Gresik, Medan, and Tangerang).

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee procurement of CAPEX and OPEX items (machinery, spare parts, contractor services, etc.), including strategic sourcing and planning, supplier selection, management and audits,contract management, budgeting and cost control, and cross-functional coordination. Key Achievements: 1. Spearheaded the sourcing of Hastelloy C276 pipe from China, securing USD 850K in cost savings and reducing lead time by 66% for critical plant operations. 2. Led the sourcing strategy for Titanium pipe and fittings from China for the CTA and PTA pipeline renewal project, securing USD 60K in cost savings while ensuring full compliance with technical and quality standards. 3. Acted as team lead on a purchasing improvement project that reduced procurement transaction time by 60% through category-based agreement implementation. 4. Led the full contract lifecycle for Daily Maintenance Contractors (USD 750K/year), from initial drafting and negotiation to final signing, supporting operational continuity. 5. Supervised 4 subordinates, ensuring procurement and import activities were completed on time, met target KPIs, and aligned with company standards. 6. Acted as Procurement Coordinator during Periodical Shutdown for 2 consecutive years, ensuring smooth contractor coordination with MCCI stakeholders

1. Procure All Mechanical related part (Machinery, Equipment, Spare parts) and MRO Works for PTA Plants (Main) and Utility Plant (Including more complex and higher value items). 2. Ensures timely delivery of goods and services that meet quality, timing and price terms. 3. Report monthly budget control and cost reduction for auxiliary raw materials and maintenance equipments/items every month. 4. Handle export and import process for maintenance equipments, items and spare part. (include handling IP Besi Baja). 5. Evaluates supplier performance based on MCCI’s procedure. 6. Identifies and research for new supplier/contractor candidate. 7. Fosters and maintains positive business relationships with vendors and users. 8. Provides training and advise to subordinates.

Conduct research to learn and get the best data for an aircraft, and learn to manufacture RC aircraft. Here i learned about the best material, the way to manufacture, the machining process to get the ideal RC aircraft as possible.

I learn and love so many subject such as Renewable Energy, Internal Combustion Engine, Power Generation, Mechanical Design, Energy Auditing, Heat Transfer and HVAC.
