Responsible for establishing partnerships with leading telecommunications operators and the national gas operator, such as Telkomsel, IOH, PGN, etc, to foster collaborations aimed at providing affordable internet services to the community through FTTH (Fiber to the Home) and FWA (Fixed Wireless Access) platforms. As a PMO, oversaw the comprehensive processes involved in multiple projects focused on developing the backbone and enhancing internet connectivity along the railway in Java. These projects included the deployment of fiber optic backbone, MPLS, and OSP FTTH access.

Responsible to develop the IPTV system embedded to existing FTTH system. Responsible to develop the UGIS system to create network element management tool, FTTx planning tool, and reporting tool to support easy operation. Responsible to develop strategy, planning, design in FTTH rollout in PT Indosat Mega Media, including developing strategic planning and technology/service standardization and roadmap, FTTH rollout capex & opex analysist, developing content services ability for retail customer, OSP/ISP network planning & design, FTTH active component planning & engineering, Core Network planning, design and engineering

Responsible to do planning & implementation in FTTH project in scope of IT core network design and roll out, platform & capacity plan , GPON access roll out and preparing OTT/IPTV services.

Project leader in Wi-Fi off load project. Objective: to achieve Wi-Fi seamless connectivity to mobile subscribers, by performing core design system, transport system and Wi-Fi access system accordingly.. Project preparation (business plan, conduct a pilot projects and prepare project plan), preparing devices and vendors selection, preparing standard operation project, performing project quality and control, preparing standard operation & maintenance. Preparing integration system design, to integrate Wi-Fi core system to existing mobile core systems.

Responsibilty to plan the IT/Internet network for IT/Internet retail business around Indonesia. Generate new access development for Retail Internet access ISP Business Dev, BWA tech (WIMAX, 3G), IP VSAT , FTTx, back office sys (soft cape, throttling, parenting , policy man.)

To develop new business and technology strategy to deliver the internet services in Indonesia. Develop WiFi access business as 3G off load Develop Wimax business and as a member of wimax frequency bidding for Indosat
