Today, I am building on that foundation at Mercer, diving into Talent Strategy consulting, exploring how organizations can design smarter org structures, job architecture, skill taxonomies, EX, EVP, foster stronger leadership and plan for the future of work.I hold an MBA in Human Resources from XIMB and a triple major in Psychology, Sociology, and English from Christ University, which together give me a well-rounded perspective on people, culture, and business.
