In Charge of sourcing EM & EE parts.  Experienced supplier sourcing strategy for PCB、Cable、MCU and Discreet parts.  Survey new parts for NPI and handling PCN/VAVE to keep the competitive cost and supply.  Supplier evaluation and build up relationship with key suppliers.  Maintain purchasing report to monitor and analysis the cost trend.

In charge of sourcing Connector、fiber module、PCB and Transformer.  Supplier sourcing strategy for industrial demand and continuous supply.  Evaluate the performance of suppliers and allocate the share rate of RFQ.

2011-2014 In charge of sourcing Connector/PCB.  Supplier management, including new vendor survey, QBR and sourcing strategic.  RFQ support and cost review and analysis. 2010~2011 In charge of Connector/PCB/Transformer buyer function.  Production fulfillment: Manage supply and demand to achieve shipment plan.  Materials management：Review backlog with vendors and avoid abnormal order/stock.
