- Study the SOPs and their respective changes; - Receive patient samples, always checking hospital data; - Receive requests/requests for transfusion of blood components; - Receive blood components whether phenotyped or not; - Enter data on blood components and/or requests into the Blood Center's integrated system; - Carry out daily quality controls of equipment and reagents; - Carry out pre and post transfusion exams: ABO Typing, RH Factor, Irregular Antibody Test, Hemolysis Test, Crossmatch (Patient x Donor). - Use three different techniques in transfusion exams, these being tube and gel (in manual cases) or using the Erytra and Eflexis equipment; - Link blood component x patient in cases of transfusion compatibility; - Assist in monitoring the laboratory resolution of transfusion reactions; - Assist in managing the stock of blood components; - Release blood components by rechecking and releasing the conditioning bag in some cases;

- Stipulation and checking of seals and protocols when entering/requesting analysis of narcotics in the NEE. - Reading the Police Report, Analysis Request and Finding Report (if applicable); - Measurement of the Net Weight and Gross Weight of the seized material or quantification of volumes (in cases of liquid materials); - When analyzing objects contaminated by drugs, Colorimetric Analysis is applied; - In cases of analysis of powders or plant fragments, the Thin Layer Chromatography (TCD) technique is first applied; - In negative cases for CCD or other types of narcotics such as tablets, liquids or papers, techniques for analysis on the Gas Chromatograph Coupled to the Mass Spectrum (GC-EM) are applied; - Analysis of results and subsequent communication to the responsible expert; - Preparation of a Return Seal of the remaining material to the Police Station (DP) responsible for the seizure; - Development of solutions used in the CCD technique; - Maintenance of periodic cleaning of glassware; - Correct and guided disposal of organic and inorganic materials used in the analyses; - Development and implementation of new procedures/methodologies; - Organization of reports and physical and virtual documents relevant to the laboratory;
