● NPI sourcing for new mechanical material and optimized deal for NPI/MP pricing strategy with suppliers. ● Lead buyer team in China to work with suppliers to make sure material not be in shortage. ● To implement the optimization of new supplier selection to enhance corporate competitiveness and effective cost utilization.

● Responsible for suppliers management, price negotiation & cost reduction for NPI. ● Seeking reliable suppliers to provide qualified goods at reasonable prices. ● Negotiate and deal contracts with suppliers and build up long-term relationships.

● Responsible for engineering procurement and production procurement, including raw material, active and passive components, PCB, mechanism parts. ● Outsourcing operation process, outsourcing vendor management, outsourcing material control. ● Determining quantity and timing of deliveries and acceptance and payment arrangement. ● Responsible for suppliers’ management, price negotiation & cost reduction. ● Procurement progress tracking and reporting.

● Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates. ● Responsible for quotation release, receive orders from customers, and reply the delivery schedule to customers. ● Responsible for import/export arrangement of RMA and repair parts from customers. ● Providing sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports. ● Provide administrative support to Sales Department through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving, handling, calculating Sales data.

● Responsible for all kinds of product sales, including Polo shirt, shoes, perfume, leather goods, and so on. ● Take care NTD$ 8 million product line revenue and I am also accountable for the team revenue target. ● Manage the other member for sales strategy. ● New employee training.
