Komag,Inc was acquired by Western Digital on September 5, 2007. Corporate recruiter esponsible for successfully managing full cycle recruiting process for various exempt/ non-exempt R&D, Manufacturing, Operations, IT & Software positions for multiple Northern California sites. Maintained & distributed weekly requisition report for site management. Utilized ADP VirtualEdge to manage requisition and candidate process. Full cycle recruiting for exempt & non-exempt positions which consisted of 28+-requisition load, which also included Sr. Director, & Director level positions. Successfully negotiated significant employment offers resulting in the placement of key technical candidates. Worked closely with General Manager of Media Division to successfully fill 18 requisitions within 4 months. Consulted with General Manager on all candidate offer proposals and status. Managed staffing and new hire process with newly acquired Software Division of Western Digital for 6 months by providing assistance in recruiting for key software talent.
