Rishi Nagar

Purpose & the Story: In 2020 Rishi Nagar incorporated Fitnastic, with a motivation to make health and fitness available and convenient  to the masses at an affordable price. Given his personal experiences in the family, he made fitness his priority. In his childhood, he lost his father to oral cancer. Two years later, he was diagnosed with Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD), the same year he lost his uncle to liver cancer. In 2013, an accident left Rishi with a metal rod implantation. After this, Rishi was determined to achieve his fitness goals and started to train and learn about fitness and nutrition while transforming himself. He pursued B.PHARMA + MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai. He worked with Cipla in the oncology segment but wanted to contribute towards preventive healthcare given his family's health problems, so he left the job, completed the certification from ACSM (American college of sports medicine) & received an emergency care license from AHA & founded Fitnastic. Fitnastic is a digital health-tech and fitness company, utilizing a systems biology approach to provide customized wellness solutions to its customers. The company combines the expertise of elite coaches and clinical nutritionists with cutting-edge technology, such as biological AI, to deliver personalized, evidence-based outcomes. Fitnastic is building an ecosystem which focuses on the holistic health, wellness, preventive healthcare and disease management of an individual through interactive and personalized live workout sessions, yoga, dance fitness, customized diet plans and fun outdoor activities. 

Chancellor's Challenge (A new way to build your idea into startup),The collaboration of all the schools of NMIMS including Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Shirpur, Forming one team which can work for betterment through their idea. Our core team emphasize on arranging E- sessions following with mentor-ship and attracting interested students for it. You're allowed to present your idea against panel of experts and on the basis of following guidelines and procedures, your startup or idea may get seed funding from NMIMS.

SPARC (Sun Pharma Advanced Research Center) is a part Sun Pharmaceuticals where the research based work is done like modifying the existing procedures and developing a new formulation.I had an experience in Formulation and Quality Assurance department for one month.

School of Pharmacy and Technology Management is associated for its excellence in pharmaceutical and management field and developing students in every field attached to it. Worked as a cultural head for the year 2015-2016. With the support of faculties and contribution by our fellow mates, we have gained a positive response and appreciated for different cultural events organized.

Worked as an intern for marketing and operations for one month. Also contributed as a project developer for home mobility modifications. Major market is covered by its rental services for medical equipment and devices including physiotherapy and rehabilitation products.

Enactus, a New York based community of students, academic and business leaders committed to using the power of entrepreneurial action to transform lives and shape a better sustainable world. Worked as a secretary for the campus. We'd initiated projects like project EBOLA and EHSAS. We've also sponsored in many events like PROTSAHAN'15, World Pharmacist's Day and AMBIORA.

Worked as a cultural secretary of blues house for 2 years. Post was associated to organize and manage events like Inter house quiz competitions, Debates, Drama festivals and Madhukar malvea music and dance competition.
