As a newly appointed committee member of the ISTD Kolkata Chapter, my primary focus is to leverage technology to enhance the organization's events and optimize their digital marketing campaigns. By infusing cutting-edge technological solutions into our events, we aim to create memorable and engaging experiences for attendees while streamlining organizational processes. To achieve this, I will collaborate with fellow committee members and event organizers to identify areas where technology can be effectively integrated. This may include adopting event management platforms to facilitate registration and ticketing, utilizing event apps for seamless communication and networking, and incorporating virtual or hybrid event elements to widen reach and accessibility. Moreover, in the realm of digital marketing, I will provide expert advice to ensure that our online campaigns are data-driven and strategically targeted. By employing social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and other digital tools, we can effectively promote events and engage with our audience. Mentor of Change Program is a strategic nation-building initiative to engage leaders who can guide and mentor students in thousands of Atal Tinkering Labs.

The objective of the two programs is to give the students an experiential learning platform. The two programs are highlighted as below (i) New Venture Development Challenge (entrepreneurship) (ii) Local Business Revival Challenge (innovation).
