• Satisfy company Systems obligations in our contracted use of Military Integrated Logistics Information System (MILIS) such as populating reports, generating requisitions, receipting and dispatching and processing returns • Pre-stage and preparation of stores • Manage the stock control account as requested • Compile and process material transport requests • Obsolete items identification and reporting on occurrence when order is placed • Stock take in accordance with company guidelines • Maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders • Log identified problems using the support function • Support other functions within the business and project as required

 Receipt deliveries into the receiving database using AVEVA& ORACLE  Count and check items against delivery documentation  Match delivered items with relevant purchase order numbers.  Ensure delivered items are safely placed in bays.  Follow set processes in an accurate and timely manner.  Process picks tickets within required timeframes  Ensured items are packed, stored and wrapped correctly to minimise damage during delivery.  Complete stocktake activities and raise discrepancies with the Senior Store person.  Perform Ultra main transactions as required.  HAZCHEM management in Cemalat  Dangerous Goods (DG) handling  Customer deliveries  Despatch of packed items

 Coordinate the movement of goods to staging areas as directed and the accurate issuing of goods.  Actively engage with members of the Engineering and Maintenance teams in understanding the stores' requirements for future ships availabilities, under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor.  Engage collaboratively with all suppliers and stakeholders that may be sending goods to the NSM warehouse facilities to ensure a smooth and efficient process and always providing clear and accurate communication.  Provide supply chain support for non-scheduled spares and repairs including LNIDS demands from the Navy; and ensure all warehouse Information systems are accurate and the data contained in the systems is well maintained.

➢ Establish and maintain maximum and minimum consumables inventory levels, coordinate with in-house sales team to promote accurate and timely processing of orders for customers; ➢ Provide assistance for maintaining logistics planning tasks, scan orders into computer and track shipments across multiple channels; ➢ Approve time sheets associated with deliveries and pick-ups, administer and maintain inventory control program systems; ➢ Support with maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans and similar data, manage and monitor the performance of entire fleet, routing and scheduling planning.

➢ Received the stock for Tanami Gold Mine (DBS & Granites) warehouses, inspected the stocks against the delivery dockets and receipting them accordingly and label them with relevant warehouse stock locations; ➢ Contacted suppliers with all the discrepancies found while processing, created and packed shipments accordingly for weekly shipment to the mines; ➢ Tracked the stock and the consignments when needed, handled Dangerous goods according to the Toll safety standards; ➢ Kept track the over supplied and short supplied stocks, used the ERP, Toll Works AND SAP (CITRIX) to process the stock and check the variances.

➢ Received shipments, checked for damages and sorted stock for distribution in the store, kept record of invoices sent and received; ➢ Filled orders by taking items from the warehouse and prepare them for delivery, monitored shelves and fill them in when needed; ➢ Kept up with the movement of merchandise in the store and warehouse, read planograms and set up store displays or rearrange merchandise according to them to maximise sales
