Led a team of 6 developers to design and implement a multi-tenant video ad serving platform for IMDb TV and later extending to TNF, Alexa News and Twitch. The rule-based, config-driven system enabled business-critical features like dynamic ad load, ad experimentations, partner policy management, smart ad podding, inventory share, and ad blocklists among others. Led a team of 3 developers to introduce a functionality of ad inventory sharing for IMDb TV with buyback, building multiple new services and integrating with 3rd party ad servers like DoubleClick, Freewheel and Publica. This enabled the business to launch 6 premium live linear channels with our top content partners and execute multiple deals for device launches.

Led a team of 5 developers and worked with 10+ teams across Amazon Advertising and Prime Video to build a billing and reporting system for IMDb TV content partners to support payment models like cost-per-hour and ad-revenue share. Worked with SDMs, PMs, TPMs, Financial Analysts and Account Managers to come up with the requirements and align all stakeholders Designed the entire system and implemented critical components like transaction generator and data aggregator. The system completely automated the content partner payments, reducing the manual effort of financial analysts by 99%. It processes over 25 million ad impressions for IMDb TV and generates over 20 thousand transactions per day.

Led a team of 4 developers to deliver a brand-new AWS Service (Service Quotas) under a very tight deadline. Built a system for ingesting and transforming account limit overrides from different AWS Services into AWS Service Quotas. The system processes ~1mn records to compute and ingest overrides for over 200k accounts across different AWS regions, every 10 mins.

Worked with Alexa Smart Home Team on the design and development of the new Smart Home v4 APIs. Single-handedly designed and developed a new micro-service in Java to manage localizable assets for the launch of Primitive APIs.

Worked with Merchant Technologies Team. Single-handedly worked on adding multi factor authentication in seller central. Designed and implemented a customizable MFA (or 2SV) experience. Also designed Continuous deployment for Seller Registration Systems.

Worked with Merchant Technologies Team on the development of a dynamic, configuration-based framework for data collection. The framework was based on Spring MVC and used Angular JS for client side rendering. Single-handedly worked on the development of the seller registration pipeline for Amazon Fresh for Japan. Single-handedly designed and implemented the v1 of Seller Identity Verification system.
