Passionate about transforming education and guiding students toward meaningful careers, I bring over 8 years of diverse experience across India’s education ecosystem. With robust network of 1,500+ schools nationwide, my journey has been grounded in empathy, insight, and a drive to reimagine how education reaches and empowers young minds. I’ve worked across a broad spectrum of the education landscape—ranging from student counselling and university partnerships to test prep, ERP Solutions for schools, and experiential learning programs in Robotics and AI. My core strength lies in identifying what students truly need and what the system currently lacks—and bridging that gap through innovative, student-first solutions. To date, I’ve personally counselled over 10,000 students, helping them navigate critical academic and career choices. I’ve also mentored 300+ students one-on-one, guiding them in career planning, research skills, and building authentic, future-ready profiles. I believe every student deserves personalized, informed guidance—and I’ve made it my mission to ensure they receive it. My work spans PAN India, giving me rich cultural insight and an understanding of diverse student and parent mindsets. This has enabled me to design and implement impactful initiatives such as Robotics Clubs, Aptitude Development Programs, Profile Building Courses, and Global Career Fairs—creating platforms for students to explore, innovate, and grow beyond conventional academics. Currently, I serve as Senior Manager – Admissions Outreach at FLAME University, Pune, where I advocate for Liberal Education as the future of learning in India. My role focuses on outreach, awareness, and helping students discover interdisciplinary pathways that align with their passions and strengths. I’m committed to changing the narrative of education in India—from rigid and one-size-fits-all to dynamic, student-centered, and future-ready.
