Senior Executive at Operational department and report to HOD Manager Responsibilities : • Support Daily Operational Activities • Handling PO, Rental Contract & DO documentation of trading & rent • Coordinate and schedule deliveries • Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams • Arrange mechanic for handling breakdown unit on rent & create service job • Create damage claim for offhire unit after mechanic checking • Create report weekly for unvailable report ( unit breakdown at workshop ) & damage claim report • Coordinate with customer for completed document after sales • Save photos of the unit in the folder containing the data shared by the mechanic in the unit in/out group
