1. Preparing sale, cost and salary vouchers in SAP 2. Review AP, AR and Tax vouchers prepared by other accountants 3. Local tax filing and reporting, including VAT, CIT, IIT and Surtaxes. 4. Responsible for the GL, to make sure no mistakes in the booking, if any, correct it ASAP. 5. Local reporting under China’s accounting standards in SAP and IFRS reporting in ARCPLAN required by headquarters in Germany. 6. Coordinate and complete annual audits and annul budget covering the follow 3 years 7. Hedging deals, to avoid risk in currency exchange 8. Liaising with other departments, especially the sale, purchase and logistic, to ensure the accounting book truly and fairly reflecting the business

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department 2. Process month and end year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, debt activity etc 3. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements 4. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles 5. Coordinate and complete annual audits 6. Provide recommendations 7. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions 8. Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy 9. Meet financial accounting objectives 10. Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

1. Preparing group and domestic financial statements 2. Management accounting and financial analysis 3. Prepare consolidated statements for BJ office 4. 1. Collect and analyze clients' financial information 2. Responsible for audit work of clients on key areas, such as revenue, cost of drugs and internal control procedure and related standards compliance 3. Provide audit report and analysis statement to senior management and clients 4. Project Management: in charge of the new office decoration project, including design review, quotation review construction site supervision, design changes review, related working group coordination, design acceptance report and arrange acceptance
