民間教育領域に旋風を起こすスタートアップを創業。学習塾・予備校のアップデートを通じて、日本の未来を支える人材を育てる新時代の教育エコシステムを構築することを目指す。現在、シードラウンドで資金調達中。

キュレーションメディア「NewsPicks」にて、教育・学びや進路をテーマにイマドキの若者の脳内を特集するトピックスを主催。52Hzに所属するグローバルな進路を歩む10代の経験・思考・悩み・想いなどを記事に編集して多数公開中。

教育立国推進協議会を母体として、教育界・経済界のトップランナーが集結して発足した、世論に訴えかけることで日本の教育システムを刷新しようとする国民的ムーブメント「教育改革国民運動」にて、唯一の20代メンバーとして事務局員に就任。若者・子ども世代への働きかけを通じて、当事者の声を反映して教育を変えていくためのオンラインプラットフォーム「Youth Changemakers」を立ち上げて運営している。

Launching and directing an inquiry-based learning program for high school students towards global careers. Supporting junior and senior high school students in Japan for their preparation for foreign college applications. Mentoring high school students about their extracurricular activities and consulting their college applications and essays.

Working in New Business Development as the only intern member in the CEO room, formulating strategies for the future of the company and Japanese society. Involved in discussions, surveys, and making proposals in order to create a business model and launch a business to generate innovation, with the aim of creating regional development in Kyushu, Japan.

Currently developing a new platform business encouraging undergraduate students to get suitable internship positions by utilizing a generative AI-based system. Worked as a BtoB marketing analyst and business strategist at a growing HR-Tech venture. Analyzed user data to propose and implement marketing strategies for our job-change platform.

Selected as one of the competitive recipients of the SPF Global Leaders Scholarship that covers my full-tuition and living-costs ($95,000/yr) for 4 years at UC Berkeley.

Working to promote the Japanese student community at UC Berkeley as an executive officer of CJC Leading and directing the Career Department at CJC

Planning, organizing, and arranging recruiting events of Japanese corporations for Japanese students at UC Berkeley. Marketing and promoting the event publically through SNS. Working with various leading enterprises such as Nissan and Recruit and contacting with stakeholders both in Japanese and English.

Involved as a student assistant of JSPS (Japan's public organization that promotes academic circles) in event management and surveys of the academic environment, etc. Organized a social gathering for Japanese researchers in the U.S. at the San Francisco Branch to encourage science and humanities research overseas by Japanese. Build a basic platform for building a network of researchers in the United States by surveying and compiling information on Japanese PIs in research institutions in California to promote research activities by Japanese students.
