s the Director of Quality, Parts & Technical Services, I lead a global organization across three continents, ensuring top-tier quality in three engine manufacturing facilities. My responsibilities include global technical support for engines, parts distribution to corporate and third-party OEMs, and overseeing two remanufacturing operations. I have driven significant growth in the remanufacturing business in Brazil and expanded capacity in Finland. Our continuous improvement efforts have resulted in record low warranty costs and minimized non-conformities at OEMs. My leadership philosophy focuses on respecting people and fostering growth through coaching and continuous improvement. I prioritize tracking key KPIs, rapid problem-solving and maintain clear communication through frequent meetings with direct reports undepending of their location. I encourage team collaboration to overcome challenges and I'm a strong believer in the importance of personal relations in business.

In this position I have the global responsibility of AGCO Power quality and aftersales. I lead the quality and aftersales teams in China, Finland and Brazil. Our investment in quality is displayed by strong teams in all of our factories and we cover together all aspects of quality from design to customer service. With our 40 employees world wide we make sure our engines are the best part of any vehicle. In aftersales we have technical support covering almost all timezones with representatives in all our factories. AGCO Power makes remanufactured engines in Finland and Brazil. In our technical servies and parts operations the motto of our 90 person team is: We keep our engines going!

Responsible for all the quality functions at AGCO Power. Functions include: - Build Quality for engine assembly, parts manufacturing and gear machining.(including Measurement laboratory) - Supplier Quality for buy in parts, including PPAP approvals and internal/external audits. - OEM Quality. The quality cooperation with OEM assembly plants. - NPI & Design quality - Quality systems In this position I run a team of highly competent managers and engineers. I have six direct reports and the whole organization consists of 34 Managers, Engineers and Technicians. My responsibilities include: - Budgeting - Continuous improvement of processes and performance of the Quality-teams - New Product approvals - Daily management of quality functions - Factory Compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System

I'm driving a team responsible for Technical Support, Training, Warranty, Supplier Recovery & Technical Publications. The team consists of highly competent individuals. In this position, I focus on improving processes, systems and the performance of my team.

I'm responsible for second level technical support for AGCO Power engines in North America. As a Product Performance Manager I communicate and track product reliability and technical issues and make sure the global organizations respond to the need of the field.

Technical training for OEM customers, technical support for dealers and OEM tech support crews. Product performance management, Early Warnings, etc.

Managing day to day activities with an operator group of 30 people and a maintenance group of 10 people.

Although the program name back in 2010 was Energy and Environmental Engineering. The main Focus was on Diesel- and Combustion Technology as well as Power Plant technology.
