Handled 5 merchandiser whose responsible for store level execution and generating its volume. * Local Modern Trade Planning Team. Responsible for leading the project 'NPD Contribution in Tip Top Swalayan' * Mini market Planning Team. Responsible for leading another key project 'Analyzing How To Reduce Best Before Incidences in Indomaret'. * Acting as District Sales Manager in Surabaya, East Java. Handled 9 merchandiser and 1 sales representative . All the projects above has been executed and presented to the CCAI Boards of Directors.
