The AIIA's Board of Directors are leaders in the technology business community and set the agenda for the Digital industry in Australia. Vito is an elected member of the SA Council of the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA). The AIIA is the peak representative and advocacy body for ICT organisations in Australia. It is a not-for-profit organisation that is run by members for members and exists to enhance the ICT business environment through the association's influence on government legislation, policy and decision making. It also supports SMEs through networking and profile building.

(Now known as Talent2 Works). In this role I used my skills in analysis, design and programming to troubleshoot the core applications of Concept Human Resource Management system. My role also encompassed providing DBA and Systems Administration consultancy to the DBA and Systems Admin team.

The Australian Centre for Business Growth offers programs that enable CEOs/MDs and executives of small and medium companies (5 - 200 employees) to identify and address issues that are inhibiting growth. We deliver a Growth Clinics (for CEOs/MDs only) and our Growth Modules (three, three day modules for the CEO/MD plus two executives). These programs are offered in different cities in Australia. Each program is very practical and provides participants with knowledge, skills, and an Action Plan. At the end of each program, participants understand what they need to do, how it’s related to growth, and when the changes will be required. The Centre's research agenda is focused on tracking changes in companies participating in the programs, identifying issues impeding the growth of Australian companies, and recommending changes needed to accelerate growth.
