I have worked extensively on the academic plan for Bloom Bright Nursery, overseeing the development and implementation of the curriculum to ensure compliance with the KHDA permit requirements. I took a lead role in crafting the nursery’s curriculum, shaping the learning environment, and establishing the staff structure, all while integrating the EYFS framework and drawing inspiration from the Montessori and Reggio Emilia approaches. This has enabled me to create a nurturing and high-quality early years setting.

* Budgeting and ordering for the entire department * Marketing the Nursery through all forms of social media * Conducting all tours for prospective parents, increasing retention rates and generating new business * Creating and delivering the induction programme for new staff members * Developing classrooms and shared learning environments to ensure creativity and purposefulness * Delivering training and presentations to both staff and parents * Delivering performance appraisals to teachers and support staff * Being accountable for pupil progress in FS2 including data analysis * Organise day-to-day running of the vear group e.g. staff cover, create rotas, conduct lesson observations
