Ik stuur een operationeel team (22 FTE) aan dat verantwoordelijk is voor het bevoorraden van de distributie- en home shop centra.

As a process specialist, I identify weaknesses in existing processes, work out an improvement plan and then implement it in the organisation.

In this position I am the link between the stores and the Replenishment department, which ensures a correct availability of products in the stores.

As a team leader I managed a team of shelf stackers, monitored daily processes and I was ultimately responsible for my department.

My tasks as a shelf stacker were to refill the shelves and to help the customers. Later on, I became responsible for the fruit and vegetables department.

I wrote my thesis on behalf of the Corporate Sales department. The aim was to find out why the conversion of the channel strategy is too low and how to improve it.

During my internship I was part of the Merchandise team of AH to go, which is responsible for the product range, product innovations and new concepts at AH to go.

As a sales agent at 2Contact I worked as a phone sales representative on behalf of KPN. I did several projects for KPN, in which I approached both current customers and non-customers.
