Key Achievements include: Automation System Deployment (Conveyor + Robotic Workcells) - Delivered a multi-module Smart Conveyor system supporting device grading, cleaning, and testing, integrated with FANUC robotic cells. - Coordinated with offshore engineering, operations, and onsite technicians to ensure seamless installation, validation, and ramp. - Achieved 98%+ uptime on Smart Robotic POD systems and delivered production-ready go-lives within a single week, accelerating customer value and reducing operational downtime.
