Recruitment assistance: Handled the recruitment for 5 positions assigned by the HRBP. Including posting job positions, collecting and initially screening resumes, assisting in organising the interview, and scheduling candidates and interviewers. During the recruitment process, I closely followed up with candidates after the interview and assisted in background checks and onboarding, which keep the recruitment process efficient. Within 4 months, I collected 1000+ resumes and successfully helped the team recruit 30+ new employees. Benefits and employee relationship: Assist the human resources team in planning and organising the arrangement and implementation of 5 benefits programmes, which cover employee health activities, holiday benefits, employee incentives, etc. maintain employee relationships, and handle employee issues. Meanwhile, I will actively participate in the management of employee relations, monitor and maintain a positive team atmosphere, and identify potential conflicts in time. I will also assist in handling conflicts between employees with my supervisor, providing support and facilitating communication to promote positive working environment.
