Communicating with people is my passion. I have been Marketing Manager in several big Companies such as Tartu Kaubamaja AS and Spaa Tervis Group.At Kaubamaja Group, amongst other things, I had the oppurtunity to be part of big changes such as expanding into Viru Keskus in Tallinn andbuilding new Tartu Kaubamaja departmentstore into the central City of Tartu.At Tervis Spaa Group I helped to create new strategic marketing plan and operative plans. With marketing and salesteam we made changes in service portfolio, sales materials and communiation.As Brand Manager at Wendre AS, one of the biggest bedding producers in the World, I lead the Rebranding processes - the whole Wendre group got new corporate visual identity andwe developed Wendre product brand and portfolio.Winning the Estonian Design Award at 2016 in Rebranding Category with Design agency Brand Manual is a good milestone to remember.I love the feeling I get when I know I’m going to start a new project. It makes my eyes shine when I can organize events or lead processes. Writing storys, articles and other texts is often the task I find on my desk aswell.Here at Scanfil Pärnu I am leading and developing the Customer Service team and related processes including cost providing, local account management, customer service, production planning.
