-Manage the 4 main units of the Data Annotation team: linguists unit, knowledge graph unit, machine learning dataset labeling unit and training/recruiting university students unit as data annotators. -Responsible for delivering the 4 main functions of the Data Annotation team: *Internal data set building by the 4 main units. *Acquiring external data-sets *Contract and manage communication with outsourced data set creation (recording, labeling, translation...) with external providers *Contract and follow-up with senior consultants like computational linguists. -Use and provide feedback and new requirements of the Data Annotation software(s) including the web and mobile base applications. This includes bottom-up feedback (starting from the data annotation team, validation team and annotation project administrators till the Data Annotation team level. -Be the interface between the Data Annotation team and the Artificial Intelligence technical team through the operations managers. -Set the Data Annotation team level KPIs and targets in quarterly basis with coordination with the AI operations manager and the Chief AI Officer. -Represent the company in all Data and AI related event
