Supported operations and facilities management at data center, ensuring all infrastructure equipment, servers and facilities were running normally. ● Monitored physical infrastructure (UPS, generator set, PAC, rectifier, FSS), data center server and network components at a high level. ● Installed, configured, tested and troubleshooted for any problem on power infrastructure, server and network components. ● Led complex troubleshooting and resolved critical or escalated technical issues to BO. ● Led power expansion project team at data center, communicated progress to manager and customer. ● Performed periodic preventive maintenance of infrastructure, server and network components. ● Conducted energy saving and successfully reduced electricity bills from average 800M rupiah per month into 700M rupiah.
