● Coordination with the Disbursement team in implementing the disbursement accordance to the SLA. ● Recapitulating daily disbursement data. ● Organize and update daily database of buyers, number of products to be distributed, replacement products and invoices. ● Input and submit price submissions to the vendor. ● Monitoring changes in the status of ordering goods. ● Monitoring the remaining RAB funds (specifically for production facilities). ● Make an over budget analysis for buyers whose balance has passed the RAB. ● Collect data and make reports related to the use of excess data to be collected to the Lead of Purchasing.

● Handle the emerging product (BMC Software, Mendix Low Code Application Development, Malwarebytes Software). ● Provide any information that the client requests. ● Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and absence of the costumers from all the product event. ● Explain products event or services and schedule appointments to meet with prospective customers.

● Identify and analyze business processes to be improved. ● Conduct information analysis, data collection, research processes, and hold meetings with other organizational staff members from various departments. ● Maintain and update all process related reports for reference purposes. ● Handle various company projects in collaboration with other organizational staff members from various departments. ● Making reports related to the use of excess data to be collected to the Lead of Business Process Management.
