* Taking care of full financial and administrative process after sudden departure of the controller and coordinating accounts department. * Improve and adapt methods/techniques and processes in newly implemented ERP system (MS NAV-Navision); adapting of both in organization and the ERP system. * Describe administrative processes. * Prepare good starting point for the newly appointed group controller.

Iperion Life Sciences Information Systems BV is a company that provides business services and systems for pharmaceutical and biotechnical companies. - Redesigning the administrative organisation and - Building (from scratch) a completely new ERP environment aiming for better control and efficiency. Stand-alone automation applications are replaced by one integrated system. - Special point of attention is the fact of 8 companies (2 foreign) in one concern. All with different but related activities, working together/integrated closely but remaining independent entities, both legally and fiscally: Intercompany transactions and consolidation.

The end user is an internationally operating trade company for meat. Assignment via Fresh Dynamics BV. - Special points of attention: conformity in VAT and customs data, influence of different currencies with reference to one single shipment, accurate costs calculation.
