Utility Section supply the utilities, water, air and industrial nitrogen gas. Air compressor, Chiller and Boilers

Assistant Mill Manager at Kilang Sawit Neram, Felda Palm Industries Sdn Bhd May 1999 - Sep 2009 (10 years 5 months) Responsibilities: Responsibilities in management of mill including all the administration, monthly report in profit, fresh fruit bunch raw material, financial and human resources. 1. First task assign as Process Engineer to supervise process and daily production activities to meet production plan and quality requirements, achieve high oil extraction rate at designed mill throughput. 2. Achieved the record as highest mill processed Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) 320,000 mt/year among 72 mills in Felda. 3. Pioneering used SAP system in 2003 when company changed the system for reporting production, maintenance, purchasing and administration. 3. Launch and implement the Quality Management System 9001 in factory on 2004, audited by SIRIM and received SIRIM Certification. 4. Lead as QOHSE (Quality, Occupational Health Safety and Environmental ) Management Representative (MR) to maintain management system according to QMS 9001, OHSAS 18001 and EMS 14001 requirement by SIRIM. 5. Second task as Maintenance Engineer manage a team of technicians to services repair, maintenance and overhaul of Steam Turbine, Boilers, Wheel Loader, Tractor, Alfa Laval Machine etc. 6. Contribute to plant improvement via CAPEX projects. 7. Commissioning new Water Tube Boiler 100,000 Ib/hr from Petra Boiler. 8. Upgrade the feed water treatment for boiler with installation of deaerator.
