1. Assigned, directed, and supervised operation of Turbine 2x6 MW to supply power for entired Sugar Refinery Plant in PT Andalan Furnindo 2. Supervised operation of Coal Fired Fluidized Boiler 57 TPH to make sure steam are continue supply to turbine and process with safety procedure and efficient 3. Assigned and supervised operation in Water Treatment Plant (from Raw Water to Demine Water) to ensure quality water to supply process and feed water Boiler. 4. Assigned and supervised operation in Waste Water Treatment Plant (Evaporator, SBR and sludge treatment) to comply with environmental quality standards. 5. Addressed operational technical issues and coordinated with Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, and Automation Department. 6. Supported all GMP, 5S, safety and environment objective in the power plant and utility area remains in compliance of all aspects

- Assigned, directed and assisted a team of 18 people in operation of boiler, water treatment and waste water treatment plant to ensure safe, reliable and efficient. - Directed and assisted in the maintenance of machine in utility department to reduce the likelihood of failure leading to unplanned downtime up to 20%. - Addressed technical issues with utilities supply and operations leading to more efficient work practices. - Supported all GMP, safety and environment objective in the utility area remains in compliance of all aspects. - Analyzed operational data and units to meet monthly cost budgets.

- Supported project team to provide technical and administrative needs for project and maintenance in 22 palm oil mills to completed on target and on budget. - Assisted and trained the operational team at palm oil mills to run the plant based on Standard Operational Procedure and report directly to the Head Department.

Identified and simulated process CO2 removal on unisim software to make process more efficient.
