•Lead and oversee the development and evaluation of organizational structures, job descriptions, job grading, and manpower planning to ensure organizational alignment, role effectiveness, and workforce adequacy. •Direct and control the implementation of the performance management system to ensure objective, measurable, and goal-oriented performance evaluations. •Manage talent management processes, including talent mapping and succession planning, to ensure the availability of key talents and leadership sustainability. •Lead the planning and implementation of employee training and development programs to close competency gaps and enhance individual and organizational capabilities. •Supervise end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely, high-quality workforce fulfillment aligned with business needs.

●Provide data analysis support for management to assist in formulating and evaluating HR strategies and decision-making processes. ●Design, evaluate, and update the organizational structure to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic direction and business needs. ●Develop and periodically review job descriptions based on changes in organizational structure or evolving business requirements. ●Conduct job evaluations to determine position weightings and relative value across the organization. ●Develop and implement competency and talent management systems to enhance employee performance and career development. ●Prepare annual and medium-to-long-term manpower planning (MPP) aligned with corporate strategy to ensure sustainable workforce fulfillment. ●Coordinate with the Training & Development team in conducting competency gap assessments to ensure alignment with the company’s competency framework and support employee development initiatives.

Responsibilities: ● Designs and manages comprehensive change management strategies by conducting in-depth impact analyses on organizational processes, structural dynamics, and employee implications to support successful implementation of new corporate initiatives. ● Develops targeted communication, training, and support plans to ensure stakeholder engagement and smooth adoption of organizational changes, while monitoring implementation progress against predefined timelines and specifications. ● Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify potential challenges, mitigate resistance, and drive strategic transformation efforts that align with organizational objectives and desired performance outcomes.
