Organize seasonal exhibitions to promote the latest season trends by arranging stocks from various local vendors and designers of Pakistan. Managing inventory for all the stocks shipped to Riyadh and achieving set sales targets of Threads & Motifs. Also, run and manage extensive advertising campaigns through the distribution of leaflets, emails, SMS, and Facebook. Supervising & making the cash flow statement and annual profit & loss account. Taking key re-investment decisions.
