- Designing point of sales, displays, shop in shop, boutiques, windows and events setups following the brands guidelines and in coordination with the central team - Managing the bidding process of the projects (quotations, terms and conditions and negotiation) - Handling the relation with the suppliers and overlooking the production process through technical drawings, material selection, manufacturing and inspections - Insure smooth installations, handovers and snagging - Monitoring the budget and initiating the payments against the progress and the completion of the projects

- In charge of “Parfums Christian Dior” retail projects within “A3 Design” in the GCC in addition to other events and boutiques for Louis Vuitton, Cartier and Hermès - Leading a team of engineers and draftsmen and managing the projects from the tender phase to the handing over through material and design development, technical drawings, manufacturing and installation - Monitoring the quality of the deliverables to be at the highest standards and to meet the brands’ requirements - Managing the budget throughout the project and performing value engineering to mitigate costs
