 Build statistical models to support business partners' decision of risk, marketing, and collection areas.  Develop new analytics such as consumer quality index and come up new logic of adverse action code.

 Develop and implement application and behavior scorecards for all consumer asset portfolios (Credit Card, Personal Loan, Mortgage, Auto Loan, SME, etc) to show risk and reward tradeoff. The scorecard types cover application risk, application bureau risk, behavior risk, which manages bad debt as well as collaboration with marketing, and also collection, revenue, cross-sell, attrition scorecards  Monitor the performance of scorecards and produce consolidated monthly report to ensure that highest standards of quality are maintained.  Coordinate and communicate scorecard performance to non-technical decision makers in a clear and convincing manner in English.  Basel II PD, EAD, LGD models development.  Follow Toyota Way/Lean principles to identify the root cause of problems and capture improvement opportunities in all phases and aspects of model development processes.  Maintain internal control standards and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.
