- Responsible for project management for the Power Tools business unit's Lawn and Garden segment, focusing on motion solutions for various gardening products, including robotic lawn mowers, electric walk-behind mowers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, blowers, pumps, etc. - Key clients include overseas brands such as Bosch and Husqvarna, with sales channels worldwide. - Project owner and lead cross-functional team for APQP activities. - Manage projects from Start Control, Proof of Concept, Design Validation, Process Validation, PPAP, and mass production. - Lead and present the gate approval process to top management from initial stages until mass production. - Manage cost control during project development, including BOM cost calculation, total capital investment, and all other project expenses, enabling the business manager to decide on commercial proposals to customers. - Drive cost-saving programs considering various factors, including raw materials, processes, and yearly price reductions due to forecast increments. - Plan and control projects with given resources to turn them into revenue.
