About

Rick joined RLG in 1989. Driven by his passion for coaching clients to achieve peak performance both individually and collectively within their organizations, Rick has contributed to RLG’s growth over the past 27 years. Among Rick’s major accomplishments are the establishment of three new business units: Aerospace in 2000, Alaska in 2003, and Offshore Oil and Gas in 2009. He was also influential in developing RLG’s leadership and management tools. Rick directly oversees our oil and gas work in North and South America, and our client business development worldwide. Rick and his wife Cheryl have six children and five grandchildren and live in Salt Lake City, Utah. He earned his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
