Take calls from members regarding their benefits, eligibility and coverage; document in system information per call

Supervise a group of 6 to include 1 router who assigns trips to transportation companies manifests and 5 CSR's to take calls from members who call in to inquire about ETA's for their transportation pickup times and provider information. Oversees that calls are are being answered within a preset timeframe. Prepares and distributes daily, weekly and monthly reports depicting number of trips scheduled, cancellations, reroutes by provider, call abandonment rate and calls taken per CSR, cost override data, type of trips performed etc. Take escalated calls from members who are having issues or problems with a trip that was scheduled and try to resolve to the members satisfaction. Research and resolve billing issues identified by transportation providers. Various other duties as they arise.

Supervise 2 people in the Facilities Department to ensure that hospital discharge transportation is arranged in a timely fashion. Set up standing orders and arrange transportation for dialysis members. Ensure that all standing orders and appointment forms are appropriately entered into the system for the Transportation Department are entered within a preset timeframe. Oversees that monthly and quarterly reports for standing order attendance and recertification reports are completed and sent to corporate when due. Ongoing facility outreach.

Facilities Representative – Schedule medical appts for nursing home residents, substance abuse programs, arrange discharges from hospitals & other medically necessary transportation needs for Medicaid recipients.

Package and inspect special shipments to Dupont, Astra Zeneca, etc. Process envelopes to ensure mailing labels are complete and correct.

* Handle customer service calls and letters for clients such as Touchstonecatalog.com, MTV Networks, Medisense, InteliHealth, Avon.com; * provide resolution. Process daily receiving paperwork; resolve receiving quantity/quality problems with warehouse and vendors. Arrange for shipment of overstock/discontinued/damaged items to be returned to vendors. * Entering weekly web update product listing into wIntegrate system, q.c.’ing * product received against manifest, reporting any discrepancies.
