Managed the safe, reliable, and efficient operations of four (4) Enstor natural gas storage facilities to include; Caledonia, Freebird, Grama Ridge, and Katy. Directed a team of functional experts (Budgets, Contract Administration, Land/ROW Management, Procurement, Maintenance Management and Benchmarking, and Pipeline Design) in support of WGP facilities. - Coordinated a team of functional experts to Identify and implement functional best practices across WGP to realize efficiencies and reduce costs. - Successfully supported completion of 716 miles of 36 & 42-inch diameter pipeline and 3 compressor stations for the Kern River Expansion Project at a cost of $1.2 Billion.
