Directed all operations, including financial, production, safety, and quality performance for a multi-layer value-add PET custom blow-molded plastic container for Food and Beverage business unit. Annual revenues of $85MM • Developed budget for plant and an Earnings Income Plan to exceed targeted goals. Established KPIs and objectives for plant through Lean manufacturing principles and Bowling charts for all salary employees. Six Sigma DMAIC teams created and A3 process utilized. • Initiated Lean Six Sigma program and set up project review driving over $MM in EBITDA annually • Reduced complaints YOY and defect per 10MM • Established great customer relationship and achieved 5 Supplier Of The Year Awards for quality and innovation. • Achieved world class safety record. Achieved 16 months without incident twice by developing a safety vision and culture that focused on human behavior and leading indicators with accountability. • Directed and coordinate capital investment plans driving cost savings.

Responsible for the day-to-day operations, with P&L accountability, for a manufacturing facility of co-extrusion flexible packaging for the meat, dairy, and foods segment of Alcan Packaging Americas. Annual revenues of $120MM employing 380 hourly and 37 salaried certified in ISO 9001 and NFPA -SAFE.
