Skelton and his partner Susie Council will develop Bon Secour Township. The development is a phased 538 unit project being constructed at a new urbanist town in the French Creole vernacular. Phase 1 is 82 condo units with 48 garden-style and 34 2&3 bedroom town homes, breaking ground first quarter of 2017. Located on the IntraCoastal Waterway, the project has permitting for 56 boat slips on the Grand Canal, which is the centerpiece of this water bound community. 75% of all residences are on the water and most have one or two water views. The project is highly amenitized with a mile of walking paths, nature preserve replete with a 70,000 SF lake, resort swimming pool with lazy river, kids area and more.
