In 1985 I entered the medical field as a sales manager, starting with Del Mar Avionics. A couple of years into that position, I accepted a managers role with the orthopedic division of 3M selling surgical equipment. Four years later I accepted a managers job in a new role and new product, selling imaging equipment for Philips Medical Systems. Several years later, I accepted a position with LUNAR, selling MR equipment to the orthopedic market segment. Roughly 8 years later, I accepted a VP position with a national MRI distributor, called EIP. At EIP the role that I took on included working with the manufacturer to ntroduce a new MR product to the U.S. For the past two and a half years I have been working with several manufacturers in Asia introducing several new products to the U.S. and South America.
