Worked for a variety of clients in both national and international industry as well as educational institutions in the private sector.

I designed and delivered a wide range of management courses to international managers at all levels, predominantly from oil companies and governments in the middle east. Topics included strategic management, human resources management, people skills (non-financial).

I managed and delivered postgraduate courses accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), the Institute of Management (ILM) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

I delivered various CIPD accredited programmes (Certificate of Personnel Practice, Certificate of Training Practice. Core Management) and developed their content and delivery style. I also operated as a training consultant on behalf of Malpas, delivering CPP programmes to PWC Russia, the Government of Moldova, Shell Oil Bruneii and other management and people skills to numerous public and private organisations including Glaxo Smithkline Beecham, Rexam Paper, Southend and Sittingbourne and Thanet District Councils. I also helped plan and implement a performance management system into the Nuffield Foundation. I also became a lead tutor for programmes accredited by the British Institute of Facilities Management and delivered these to individual clients on and off site.

After delivering many local product and sales training initiatives within Lloyds Bank branches following the 1988 Financial Service Act I established a Head Office Training function at Black Horse Life Assurance in Chatham. Subsequently, I helped introduce a performance management scheme, supported by a corporate training programme for all staff and a total quality management initiative, entitled Quest. I designed and delivered management and staff training programmes and assisted in the roll out of a sales training programme.
