Representative of GI IT Risk Management with the specific responsibilities of performing availability assessment of Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) providers. Availability includes business continuity and disaster recovery of principle provider (SaaS); and subservice providers (PaaS and IaaS) when appropriate. Outputs include contract language requiring annual evidence of provider compliance.
