As an academic instructor, in Bonavista, NL, I facilitated courses in computer applications, job search techniques, mathematics, and science.

As a high school teacher, in Norman's Cove, NL, I taught courses in computers, geography, mathematics, and environmental science. Student advising was also part of my workload.

As a high school teacher, in Harry's Harbour, NL, I taught courses in earth science, mathematics, and religion. This was a winter replacement position.

As a production worker, in Downsview, Ontario, I was involved in measuring, rolling, and cutting construction plastics. Also, I did some packaging of construction plastics.

My responsibilities, in St. John's, NL, included delivering and picking up UPS packages efficiently and effectively, with utmost attention to customer service. Deliveries and pickups were recorded by using a DIAD. This was a temporary holiday season position.

As an Instructional coordinator, in Bonavista, NL, my workload was approximately “half time” teaching workplace courses and “half time” performing campus coordination duties such as scheduling, student progress reviews, student advising, accreditation management, interaction with stakeholders, learning resources management, PLAR activities, and committee work.

As a production worker, in Port Union, NL, I alternated between being a "fish grader" and a "skinning machine operator". Also, I often worked extended shifts, performing cleanup duties, in addition to my production line duties.

As a seasonal Quality Inspector, I assessed snow crab landings in various ports on the Southern Shore, NL. My IDG report forms, based on random samples, reflected various biological attributes, sizes, temperatures, ice check calculations, and other data/ information. This employment required me to perform my duties in a team approach. I worked with other inspectors, weigh masters, monitors, and dock personnel.

As an academic instructor, in Gander, NL, I was responsible for facilitating learning in mathematics and science for the Adult Basic Education program. This was a summer replacement position.
