Richard has vast experience in start up companies whether it be spinning up product development towards commercial reality or developing structure and strategies to ensure success. In 2019/2020 Richard helped add structure and focus to a ground breaking soil technology start up that has the ability to replace chemical fertilizers in farming and horticulture. By leveraging the intangible assets and focusing on data, the value of that company increased 10 fold over as many months.
