• Led the successful operational and technological integration with Common Securitization Solutions, a joint venture between Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. • Co-led the large multi-year change effort to merge the $5+ trillion-dollar mortgage backed securities markets of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac through the issuance of a common security, the Uniform Mortgage Backed Security. Responsible for successful collaboration with the Company’s regulator and Freddie Mac. • Led the Structured Transactions, REO and Distressed Assets groups - Responsible for managing the issuance and product development of mortgage-backed structured transactions – including Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits (REMICs), Stripped Mortgage-Backed Securities, and Mega Pools. • Led Fannie Mae’s multi-year Servicing initiative. Projects included: creation of a self-service reconciliation system for servicers to prepare the monthly loan activity reports, simplified mortgage insurance claims processing, simplified expense reimbursement process, expanded loss mitigation waterfall system to all servicers via a simplified user interface, expanded property preservation capabilities so Fannie Mae would start paying taxes and HOA fees post-foreclosure

• Led Pricing Strategy setting credit guaranty fees for all Single-Family sellers via lender specific, national, flow and bulk pricing. Used near real time acquisition and total book data (credit performance, risk layering, return on capital) for each seller to dynamically price/commit forward deliveries. Leveraged recourse and other credit transfer options to support Fannie Mae and the seller's execution needs.

• Led a team responsible for managing the issuance and product development of mortgage-backed structured transactions – including Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits (REMICs), Stripped Mortgage-Backed Securities, and Mega Pools. • Represented Capital Markets on both the corporate Operating and Risk Transfer Committees • Supported the creation of a multiyear strategic Guarantor and Issuer roadmap • Led Capital Markets adoption and integration with BlackRock’s Aladdin Operating System
