Greenfield mobile 4/5G operator in Malawi. Malcel is a a public limited liability company registered in Malawi for the purpose of providing Mobile Network service to the population of Malawi. Malcel aims to be Malawi’s first Digital Network Operator with an aim of providing digital solutions to everyday problems for our customers. Malcel will be introducing its mobile money service MCASH, the purpose being to be able to penetrate the previously unserved communities and offer them a superior service than previously enjoyed. https://malcel.com/

Seavus Group is a fast-growing ICT innovation house, which employs over 1.000 staff across Europe and the Americas. Richard is the founder of Seavus. (Eferio was exited to ARICOMA Group in 2020)

I was one of three founders of Seavus. Had the responsibility to bring in new customers and build up our channels. Was also responsible for the overall strategic market approach. During this time Seavus grown from 5 to +350 employees and opened offices in 9 countries. This fully based on a organic growth.
