My main responsibility is to ensure that our customers get the desired results (or innovative solutions) while satisfying also other stakeholders' needs. Secondly, to find new customers and business partners who share similar outlook of the world and seek global competitiveness.

We are developing technologies and manufacturing millions of injection moulded plastic parts Development & manufacturing of injection moulded technical parts Development & manufacturing of high runner moulds, service and modifications of moulds Development & manufacturing of automation systems for injection-moulding related industries My role is to develop new mutually beneficial relationships and maintain them. Also to collaborate on strategic process development activities as well as strategic technical development activities.

Role aimed to strenghten the company's position on U.S. and Indian market. Main objective was to develop mutually beneficial relationships. Close cooperation with Chairman of EurasiaTech group. RESULTS: Several opportunities on U.S. market and new customer in India.

Main goal was to look for potential optimization in a manufacturing process of tools for plastic injection molding. Second step was to develop and put into effect suitable solution. RESULTS: We chose to optimize the process of microwelding. After adding a simple "tool" for better control of the process, we were able to save several thousands Euro per year.

Got a broad introduction into many of the mechanical engineering fields with thorough understanding of physics behind. Complemented with lab practices and workshops to gather practical experience with the topics. In my bachelor thesis, I designed a conformal cooling for a 2K injection mould insert.

19 weeks of work are divided into 3 design projects and a few workshops. Working 40h+ per week in a teams of 3-5 people. We had our own design studio + mentors & coaches. Working on a project for company "ProRail", envisioning and developing service provided at next-gen train stations in NL. The signature project was for company "Qbuzz" which transports more than 160,000 travellers per day in the city of Utrecht. Design goal was to improve travel information for travellers and give the company insights into user behaviour. This was translated into proposals for specific actions.
