After 19 successful years in the business, we sold our franchise to the parent company, Sally Beauty Holdings / CosmoProf. Directed all the operations and performed responsibilities which including all aspects of accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivables, management of 5 outside sales consultants in the greater San Diego area and assisted in opening new accounts within the territory. Oversaw all the process of payroll HR objectives & insurance. Placed weekly inventory orders from franchise warehouse with specific concentration on monthly promotions, quarterly sales and new product initiatives. Established and managed social media for all locations including, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube. Increased traffic and sales utilizing social media and traveled to trade shows for buying and education opportunities. Key Achievements: Built relationships with key manufacturers to increase sales, brand awareness, product development and education. Developed efficient system for salon education as well as the only Professional Hair Show in San Diego for 6 years. Consistently increased annual sales from $950,000.00 to over 8 million over the span of 19 years.
