• Spearheaded the development of BTS PATS (Berkley Technology Services Premium Audit Tracking System). Project proposed March 2005 with development beginning in August 2005. USIG went live in January 2006 with Release 1.0. Release 7.5 was made in February 2017 with over 30 Berkley companies now utilizing this system. • Leading the BTS PATS Upgrade Project to generate requirements and cost impact study in developing the MVP (minimum viable product). This will upgrade the technology to use SQL server and significantly upgrade performance characteristics. • Implemented integrated field audit software which provided company auditors with remote field inventory management, field audit entry and route mapping. This subsystem synchronizes with the PAT system and each system mirrors the other. W. R. Berkley currently has 10 companies using this premium audit field software. • Currently working with W. R. Berkley’s Technical Services Division to assure proper application of worker’s compensation, general liability and auto dealer rating algorithms with the policy issuance system (PolicyStar). Involved in establishing RFP (request for projects) guidelines as well as cost impact study. • Supervise a staff of 2 field auditors, 1 dispute resolution representative and 3 audit technicians. Also, manage activities of 9 contract fee companies. Manage a budget in excess of $1.5 million dollars.

Conducted field insurance audits and loss control inspections in south and central Louisiana.

Commercial Real Estate Property Rental Retail Mercantile Business

• Supervised a staff of 2 adjusters, 2 support staff and 5 third party administrators who worked claims for the company on a contract basis in remote areas. • Responsible for establishing vendor programs in New Mexico, Oregon, Minnesota and Texas. Also converted Oklahoma from vendor program to captive company adjuster. • Converted reporting system from labor intensive dictation to laptop computers. Adjusters were provided with tools (hardware and software) to perform reporting function “on the fly” while in the field, eliminating costly overhead and increasing efficiencies
