Supply Project Manager within Spares & Overhauls.

* I work within a matrix of project teams, principally assisting Project Managers coordinating several internal and external global projects ranging between £1-30M. The PM and the assigned team are responsible for projects from sales handover to end of warranty, therefore I assist in activities involving contracts, planning, claims, engineering, commercial, site support, risk identification / mitigation, quality, document control, and reporting. * My main project involves the implementation of modifications for around 130 Engines globally. * I therefore: * Hold meetings with TI (Technology & Innovation), I&C teams (Installation and commissioning) and procurement teams * Write up contract specific instructions to implement modifications * Work proficiently on Excel to monitor progress of projects. * Communicate effectively via Outlook, Telephone and Live meetings with Global Project managers to ensure my messages are passed on to relevant engineers at site.

Due to many alterations in management; I was able to gain experience in adapting to new challenges and change on a regular basis. This role taught me how to be versatile but also the importance of customer service, where I was able to use my communication skills to deal with customers professionally. During a wedding, I had many different roles that included: waiting, barman, silver serving, cleaning, and generally working to the needs of customers. Whilst running the small restaurant I advanced my organisational skills and attention to detail.

Vice President of Recruitment & Engagement and Campaigns & Promotions for Club Northumbria Sports. My role working for Club Northumbria is to raise awareness of the North Program with students in Newcastle. This program is a brand new sports participation program which provides fun and sociable activities to keep people fit. For example, last week we promoted the “This North Girl Can” campaign. I support and promote key sporting events and engage with all 27 sporting clubs that are run on the North program. This involves trying to boost our Social media presence by highlighting opportunities and promoting the success of students & staff. In addition, my role is based around communicating with student Sport Representatives, Interns and Volunteers and ensuring there is a broad awareness of events and sessions that students and staff can attend.
